I’m Khara (rhymes with Sarah or Bear-a) and this is my blog, Hey, Let’s Rock! As the domain name heyletsrock.com would have you believe, this site is full of things that I think rock. Let me tell you, there is a lot of stuff out there that rocks…

It’s impossible to fit everything that rocks on a website, but I’m working on it. I write about what I love, which is mainly pop culture, trivia and technology. This means movies, music, TV, random useless facts, smart phones, software, facebook, twitter and more are all fodder on HLR. I really like letting people in on interesting things they may not know, ranging from pop trivia facts (did you know Quentin Tarantino was in the music video for the Phil Collins song Sussdio?) to essential iphone apps (facebook app) to the best ways to clean up an ailing PC (water hose).

About Me

In addition to the aforementioned, I like developing websites (Wordpress, MODx, CSS, HTML), DSLR photography (Nikon) and the Internet. I exist mainly on a diet of Dr. Pepper, Mini Ravioli and gummy fruit snacks. I have a B.S. in Digital Media and Design and work as a content developer and designer for a website and e-mail hosting company. I’m always looking to meet bloggers and internetters with similar interests.
